To form a coop you need: Ten members, of those ten, three, need to be officers. President________________ Vice President___________ Secretary/treasurer_________________________ Coops can set their own membership fees as they see fit with the minimum of $15.00 going to state level. State funds will be used for the following: Major sport shows, booth cost’s a daily perdiem to help with the cost of motel’s and food. Sending out a bi-annual newsletter, that includes updated information on our club, as well as a spring section on food plot/habitat articles. The fall addition will be on hunting and harvest goals. Keeping each member informed with any new developments. Coops are encouraged to hold two annual meetings, spring and fall to review information and plan any activities. Banquets and other fund raisers are not mandated. If your coop chooses to have a banquet and you need our help setting up, 25% of your net will go to the state fund. If you don’t need our help the money is yours to keep for QDM projects in your community.
